THE RESTAURANT
Kushi Kushi Yaki roughly translated means “grilled skewers,” so delicious and fun we named it twice. ;-).

Our inspiration comes from notable back alley restaurants in Japanese cities like Tokyo, Fukuoka (also famous for Tonkosu ramen) and Osaka (also famous for kushi okonomiyaki) and the wonderfully colorful Yatai’s or street food shops that blend in with the energetic city life.
We feature distinctive Yasai Maki(vegetable skewers) and Yakitori(meat and seafood skewers) as well as a selection of other notable dishes like Kimchi Pork Chashu, Nagasaki Champon, Unagi Don Buri, Spicy Crab Tuna Roll to name a few.
